Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (like new releases or sales), processing may take a little longer.

Made-to-Order Products

  • Some items in our store are made-to-order. These products take longer to ship because they’re produced specifically for your order.

  • Production times will be listed on the product page (usually 2–6 weeks).

  • If your order includes both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, we may ship everything together once the made-to-order item is ready.

  • For updates, you’ll receive an email with tracking once your full order ships.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days after processing.

  • International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please:

    1. Check with neighbors/housemates and around your property.

    2. Contact your local post office for details.
      If it’s still missing, reach out to us at support@hakistop.com and we’ll work with you to sort things out.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement ASAP.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, we’re happy to re-ship it once we receive the updated address. Please note:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

    • We are unable to refund original shipping charges once an order has shipped.

    • If you prefer a refund instead of re-shipping, the order will be refunded minus original shipping costs once it is received back and inspected.

  • If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@hakistop.com and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes once the order reaches their country.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance.
