Processing Times

During high-volume periods (like new releases or sales), processing may take a little longer.
Made-to-Order Products

Some items in our store are made-to-order. These products take longer to ship because they’re produced specifically for your order.

Production times will be listed on the product page (usually 2–6 weeks).

If your order includes both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, we may ship everything together once the made-to-order item is ready.

For updates, you’ll receive an email with tracking once your full order ships.
Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Domestic (U.S.) orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days after processing.

International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Issues

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please:

Check with neighbors/housemates and around your property.

Contact your local post office for details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement ASAP.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, we’re happy to re-ship it once we receive the updated address. Please note:

Customers are responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

We are unable to refund original shipping charges once an order has shipped.

If you prefer a refund instead of re-shipping, the order will be refunded minus original shipping costs once it is received back and inspected.
