Return Policy

PRE-ORDERS:

We utilize pre-orders to gauge the inventory quantity needed for a particular piece, so if a garment is a pre-order, there is no refund/return policy. Under special circumstances, a refund may be issued with the exclusion of shipping costs.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.

DOMESTIC (USA, CA, MEXICO)

Our return/exchange policy for domestic orders is 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, we will be unable to accommodate any return/exchange requests. We will still accommodate damaged or incorrectly sent goods.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, as well as for the costs of sending your item back in the case of an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY DISCONTINUED DUE TO NEW VAT LAWS*

There are no returns or exchanges on international orders due to the inconvenience to both parties with respect to shipping times and taxes.
