USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 business days (in the US)

1. Machine wash on lowest heat setting.

2. Air dry if possible. Tumble dry on a low cycle, on low heat.

3. Avoid using bleach, use non-chlorine bleach if needed.

DOMESTIC (USA, CA, MEXICO)

"Mystery" orders are not applicable for returns. Exchange requests will be accommodated within 7 days of delivery for sizing purposes if availability permits.

*We will still accommodate damaged or incorrectly sent goods.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs in the case of an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.

INTERNATIONAL

There are no returns or exchanges on international orders due to the inconvenience to both parties with respect to shipping times and taxes.
